Sessions are custom-tailored for pregnancy and postpartum, with anatomy and physiology at the center of the sequences, hand-in-hand with the stress-reducing practice of breath-work and relaxation.


Join me for a 6-week prenatal series or opt for a couple of curated, private classes during pregnancy and postpartum.

Prenatal Yoga with Laptop


$75 per session

This 1-hour private session is tailored to what you need. We will meet first, so that we understand a bit about you, your background, and your needs. Then we will create a curated class, just for you.


This is suitable to do during pregnancy (any trimester), as part of your postpartum solo time, or postpartum with your little one.


You can expect mindful movement, relaxation and restorative postures, and working with your breath.

Just like the 1-hour private session, this is tailored to what you need! If you purchase a 3+ pack of private sessions, you receive 20% off per session.

Maternity Meditation Class


$145 for series

We schedule series several times a year. This is a great option for a small group, so if you have friends who are expecting and you want to practice together, let us know.


This series is appropriate for any trimester. You can expect a combination of mindful postures and movement, working with our breath, and focused relaxation in each of the weekly 1-hour sessions.


Lots of folks like to repeat this series throughout their pregnancy!
