Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, want to get an epidural, know that you'll be scheduling a C-section, or you don't know what your preferences are yet, we will make sure that you have evidence-based information about pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and your newborn, so that you feel prepared, informed, and empowered on your parenthood journey.

Cost: $350 (per pregnant person and their +1)
*Check with your insurance, FSA, and HSA, as this class may be eligible for reimbursement.
