BIRTH DOULA

Regardless of where and how you choose to have your baby, we will provide you with information and emotional and physical support during your pregnancy, labor and birth, and immediately after your wee one joins your family.

In an effort to realize DONA International's vision, a doula for every person who wants one, we offer payment plans and pricing on a sliding scale for families who would not otherwise be able to afford labor support. Please get in touch for more information.

COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE

  • Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy.

  • Two prenatal meetings to prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum, including a birth preferences plan and comfort measures practice.

  • Immediate on-call.

  • Continuous support during labor and birth. We will join you at home or at the birth center or hospital when labor begins and you need us. We stay with you until your wee one arrives and you are settled in.

  • Photos or video during birth, if you would like.

  • One postpartum meeting to review your birth and check in on you, your baby, and how everyone is settling in.

  • Access to experts and professionals via references and referrals based on your unique needs.

  • Free TENS Unit rental.

  • Custom fitted birth ball.

PRENATAL BIRTH PREPARATION

$600

  • Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout your pregnancy.

  • Two prenatal meetings to prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum, including a birth preferences plan and comfort measures practice.

  • One postpartum meeting to review your birth and check in on you, your baby, and how everyone is settling in.

Expecting

CESAREAN BIRTH OR INDUCTION PLANNING

$300

  • Up to 3 hours of support, including a 1.5 hour meeting, to discuss either Cesarean birth or induction options and preferences.

  • A comprehensive, evidence and experience-based overview of how your birth may unfold, the options available to you, and coaching on how to discuss your preferences with your care providers.

  • A template for a Cesarean birth or induction birth preferences plan for you to customize.

  • Support via email, text, or call for follow up questions as you finalize your birth plan and prepare to welcome your baby.

Pregnant

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION OR YOGA ADD-ONS

If there are childbirth and newborn prep topics that you need a refresher on or that you want to learn more about, there is a discounted rate to birth doula clients for the Childbirth Education services that I offer.

Likewise, for Yoga Offerings, we provide a discounted rate for private sessions for birth doula clients.
